The couch is nor for sleeping otherwise you will be charged 50€ for upholstery cleaning.

Night's rest between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
It is forbidden to enter the neighbour's property and the horse paddocks.
Access to the stream at your own risk, parents are responsible for their children.
No open fire on the entire site (smoking with ashtrays allowed on the terrace and balcony).
Upon arrival in Germany, according to the Registration Act, a registration form must be filled out.

You have one parking lot per apartment at your disposal. Please park your car in a way that the other three parking lots are also accessible.
